Our Floating Gong Baths are for 18 years+ and are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with sound-induced epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, Meniere's disease or anyone with a recent bone fracture less than 6 weeks old. No, you don’t need to be able to swim. You’ll be floating safely on a large, sturdy double airbed for the duration of the session. The pool simply provides a tranquil environment for you to float and relax.

Although you are welcome to wear swimwear, you won’t be entering the pool. Comfortable clothing such as light layers, yoga wear, or lounge clothes are ideal. You’ll also be provided with a blanket and eye mask for extra comfort.

After arriving and getting changed, you’ll come poolside and be supported onto your floating bed. Once everyone is settled, the 50-minute gong journey begins, with the soothing sounds of gongs and other therapeutic instruments played from the side of the pool. You’ll be cocooned on your airbed with a provided blanket and eye mask, gently floating on the water as the vibrations wash over you. Afterwards, you’ll be assisted off your bed, with plenty of time, so the session remains unhurried and peaceful from start to finish.

Just yourself, dressed comfortably and a bottle of water for after the session. Blankets, eye masks, and everything else you need for the experience will be provided.

Not a problem. A lifeguard is always on duty, and a member of staff will be in the water throughout the session. If at any point you’d like to get off your bed, simply signal by raising your arm and you’ll be helped to the side of the pool.

When you arrive, you’ll have time to get changed and make your way poolside. Each person will be helped safely onto their sturdy double airbed — there will always be someone in the pool holding the bed steady whilst you climb on. We allow around 15 minutes for everyone to get settled comfortably before the session begins. At the end the same support will be provided to help everyone off their beds calmly and safely.
