Cancellation Policy
At The Sound of Peace, I prepare each session with care and love. This policy helps keep things fair while honouring the time, energy, and costs that go into creating these experiences.

Group Gong Bath Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend and provide 48+ hours’ notice, your ticket can be transferred to another session (subject to availability).
Private 1-to-1 Sessions
With 72+ hours’ notice, sessions can be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Floating Gong Baths
Tickets are non-refundable due to preparation and venue costs. If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to someone else to enjoy the experience in your place.
If I Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, you will always be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
